We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the Board Meeting last night. The BCISD Board of Trustees approved the launch of our New Teacher Recruitment Program, which will provide current staff members with an opportunity to earn extra compensation for referring a future BCISD team member.
Current staff members can receive a $500 payment for referring a certified teacher to join our team. Even better, there are no limits on the number of referrals you can make. Payments will be issued after the teacher is hired and reports for duty for the 2023-2024 school year.
The teacher recruiting season is in full swing! Staff is welcome to start the referral process now! Please review the program parameters in this newsletter and contact Human Resources with any questions.
