Chromebook Student Handbook

Bay City ISD provides devices to all Bay City ISD students. Students are expected to care and use their device with care to ensure Chromebooks will be used over several years. All devices are monitored 24/7 and align with CIPA guidelines, no matter the location of the device. Our Chromebook handbook outlines the expectations of students when utilizing a District Device.

Chromebook Insurance

We offer insurance for Chromebooks loaned to students for $33 per device with unlimited claims on accidental repairs.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - Students must have this form completed (via Skyward) to utilize district resources such as Chromebooks and other technologies.
