StudentSquare

Bay City ISD has adopted the ParentSquare platform to streamline communications across the district, schools, and classrooms. This will include emails, text messages, and/or app notifications to keep everyone informed efficiently.

For students in 6th through 12th grade, we will be using StudentSquare for communication with coaches, club leaders, and staff. Students must download the free StudentSquare app and sign in. Once logged in, students can adjust their notification settings to receive messages via email, text, or directly through the app.

StudentSquare is not a private platform; all conversations are accessible by principals and district administrators. Students should use StudentSquare only to communicate with teachers and staff directly involved in their class, club, or sport. It is important for students to treat StudentSquare as a professional environment and ensure all communication remains appropriate. Please use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

If your student is in grades 6-12 and is having trouble logging into the StudentSquare app, please email [email protected]. Be sure to include your student's campus, full name, ID number, and a description of the issue. Thank you for helping us stay connected!
