Wednesdays are college awareness days at BCJH . Wear your favorite college shirt on Wednesdays!
Please call the front office and request any absentee work before 10:30 am in order for your student's teachers to get it together and to the front office. Thanks so much!
Absences: If your child is absent, you must send a note when your child returns to school. Please have your child turn the note in to Mrs. Martinez in the attendance office. You can also fax the note to her at 979-245-1419 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org 979-401-1602
Parent Conferences may be set by calling the front office at 979-401-1600.
Student pick-up and drop-off zone is in the front of the school on Sycamore and not by the baseball field. We have a designated student drop off and pick-up zone in front of the school with adult supervision. This area is supervised by BCJH staff members after school and is the designated student pick-up zone. Please drop off students in the designated drop off & pick up zone down the front of the school from 7 AM to 4 PM. Please do not drop off students in the back bus loop in the mornings.
Also, please remind your band students that they need to report to their designated grade level staging area in the mornings before school until 7:45 AM. Please do not drop kids off at the band hall prior to 7:45 AM.
Lockers? Contact Mrs. Cooper with any problems your student experiences with their lockers. Please be sure to supply a lock to your student for their locker. email@example.com.
