We are Bay City ISD
As the largest school district in Matagorda County, Bay City ISD serves over 3,500 students and 550 employees on five campuses, in grades pre-k through 12. This district has opened three state-of-the-art campuses and a beautiful football stadium in the last five years. We serve a diverse community of students and we need talented and passionate educators and staff for positions in and out of the classroom.
For the 2022-2023 school year, Bay City ISD School Board generously granted a 5% raise, based on the midpoint, to all BCISD employees.
