Teacher Reqests for 2020-2021 school year for elementary parents
For the purpose of balancing classes within the Bay City ISD elementary schools, multiple factors are considered when building homeroom rosters. In an effort to allow parents to provide additional input into their students’ education, we will be considering Teacher Requests for the 2020-2021 academic year beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2020. All requests are due by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2020, and must be made in writing by emailing your campus principal. Teacher listings by grade level are

Please include the following information in your email when making the request.
- Student Name
- Grade Level for 2020-2021
- Teacher Requested
- Parent Name
- Parent Phone Number
A maximum of five parent requests will be allowed per teacher, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests will only be accepted during the window of time listed above. Please note that there are multiple factors considered when building the campus schedule and homeroom rosters, and occasionally, there may be extenuating circumstances which do not allow a parent request to be fulfilled.
