  • Hey Blackcats! Have you been looking for DECA diamonds....they are out there waiting to be found! The DECA emblem (DECA diamond) is a diamond shaped design. Each point signifies a working part of the organization. The four points of the DECA diamond are Social Intelligence, Civic Consciousness, Leadership Development, adn Vocational Understanding. To make it easier to understand, we strive to know what is going on in our world and community and to make them a better place. We are also learning to become leaders while learning about the many careers that could be possible for our future!

Don't forget to stop by the Blackcat Market!!
The swim teams traveled to Rosenberg last Tuesday. The boys defeated Randle 41-10 and Terry 44-20. The girls beat Randle 41-10 but fell to Terry 50-34. In combined scoring, Bay City came out on top against Randle 82-25 and Terry 78-70. Swimmer of the Meet for the girls was Victoria Sliva. Chris Peralta was Swimmer of the Meet for the Boys.
Happy Wednesday Blackcats!! DECA members are hiding those DECA diamonds for yall! Make sure you keep a look out for them. DECA members have made a Future CAreer BAnner outside of Mrs. Schwartz's room. We would love for yout o go by and sign your name along with your possible future career...if you haven't decided on one yet...feel free to write more than one! Your possibilities are endless!!
