3 BCHS musicians earn medals at State
Bay City High School Blackcat Band had three musicians earn medals at the UIL State Solo and Ensemble contest on June 3rd in Pflugerville. Aubry M received a silver medal on her flute solo. Carlos R and Evan R earned gold medals on their percussion solos. Blackcat Band Head Director is Mark Longoria.
BCHS Choir has 4 medal at State
Four Bay City High School vocalists competed at the UIL State Solo and Ensemble choir contest in Pflugerville on June 3rd. Talia Y, Rebecca B and Hannah J each earned a silver medal, while Isabella R brought home bronze. The BCHS Choirs are directed by Dr. Kara Cowart.
