The Bay City High School POWER SET program inducted 14 high school juniors into their chapter on November 6^th, bringing their current membership to 40 young ladies.

POWER SET (Powerful Opportunities for Women Eager and Ready for Science, Engineering and Technology) is a South Texas high school program that provides educational tools and essential support to students pursuing opportunities in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and math). The program is sponsored by the Nuclear Power Institute at Texas A&M University, and by industry and the area high schools. Program curriculum includes visiting area industry to speak with employees there about opportunities in their fields.
