"I grew up in Bay City and am a proud graduate of Bay City High School. After graduating from Texas A&M University, I became the Human Resource Campus Recruiter for a civil engineering firm in Houston. There I supported, managed, and coordinated all campus events for managers and students. After five years in the engineering industry, I furthered my human resource career as the Human Resource and Recruitment Manager for BCISD. I am passionate about employee engagement, finding innovative solutions and utilizing my knowledge in human resources to support BCISD. I'm looking forward to continuing to service such a great District!"
